Thursday 17 January 2019, 7.30 pm (door opens 7.15 pm)

It’s a simple fact: we blame hormones for many of our daily mood challenges, frustrating moments, mood swings, brain fog and lack of energy to name just a few. Deserved or not, it is clear hormones play a significant role in many of the body’s functions, including our digestive system.

Hormone change can cause a wide variety of physical and emotional symptoms. Oestrogen and progesterone are the main hormones that affect women’s health. Each of these hormones has a broad scope of functions that extend far beyond reproductive health. As we get older, our bodies naturally decrease the production of oestrogen and progesterone. These two hormones exist in a delicate balance, and when thrown out of balance, may cause various health complications.

Come and join us and to find out how to support your hormonal balance naturally.

*Please note this is a women’s only event.
