I have been practicing personally for over 6 years and have recently graduated from Bridget Woods Kramers Precision & Grace Anusara 200hr Teacher Training.
Drawing from my training from the Anusara School of Hatha my classes will focus on the universal principles of alignment, the importance of the breath and end with relaxation/meditation. An emphasis will be placed on increasing core strength, stability and balance as we open up the body through a fluid flow practice.
During class you’ll be encouraged to explore each pose to your own degree listening to your body without judgement as we flow mindfully to release tension, quieten the mind and become grounded in our awareness.
