HOW DOES MY BRAIN WORK? with Vida Skreb

How neuroscience can show us the most effective path to change and fulfilment

Thursday 27 September 2018, 7.30 pm (door opens 7.15 pm)

How do we create optimal conditions for the brain to start thriving in life? Vida Skreb will take us on an exploration of the ‘four brain functions’. Out of which we usually have a preference for one or two of the four functions leading to a particular pattern of behavior, thinking and feeling, with particular advantages and disadvantages.

We will dive into how to build on each person’s natural strengths and overcome potential gaps to as a way to find personal satisfaction – also touching upon the role emotions and moods play in supporting or hindering our fulfillment, whether in private or professional life.

*Please note this is a women’s only event.
